Sea Food Processing – Production-Line
The Production-line has been designed for process fresh fish or fish loins of varying weights. The other characteristics have been laid down depending on the product usage by the buyers at various stages. As a result, the settings on the production-line have to be variable and selectable to suit the production program, which depend on the existing demand.
The Production-line is physically divided in to four stages to suit the proposed work herein.
Stage – I
This is the stage where the fresh frozen fish, is ordered and brought into the factory by the suppliers in their vehicles, fitted with suitable containers, and delivered.
At the Cool Store point each Fish (Tuna, Mullet, Sear etc.) need to tag a unique RF ID to it’s tail and scanned to Our Software. At the Factory office you need to create a GRN number and identify captured fish Number, Captured weight, arrival Temperature, Freshness Category and obtaining Grade result on-line for each fish also recording the readings of the each fish delivered.
Stage – II
The fresh fish loins or fillets which is called the product, is obtaining by Skin off, cutting and cleaning the dark areas of fish at this stage. The product should be identified by its relevant tray ID’s, when the cutting being done. The cleaned product is then fed in to the packing area, for labelling and for vacuum pack.
Stage – III
Each fish loin/fillet should be weigh and then put it to a polyurethane bag and Bar Code Label Printer will generates a Label indicating a Fish detail Bar Code, GRN No., Fish No., Fillet No., Fillet weight, Tag Number, Production Date and Expiry Date. Then the product will be vacuumed.
The GRN details and each fish and fillets data will be captured and that information will be stored into secured database by automatic processing technique, while the product is moving on the production floor it self.
Stage – IV
The product will pack to a shipping container according to the buyers shipping requirement. The Bar Code data capturing technique will be applied for each fillet. Thereafter be transferred on to the cooler room.
Final Packing label will generate for each shipping container indicating Total weight of each Product, Products details, Batch No and Shipping Information etc.
